This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution—a history spanning four decades of evolution and excellence. In 2021, we will honor our legacy by asking the question, where will we take the Carter School in the next 40 years?
Recent events have shaped how we will celebrate this milestone. A large in-person gathering may not be possible this year, so we intend to bring a forward focus to the community activities and engagement we offer. We will examine the School’s impact in the past and through today, and consider what else we have to do. This is an opportunity to shape our future, refine our goals, and best define our mission, collectively.
