Director of Finance & Human ResourcesPrior to the Carter School, Dianka worked for Virginia Tech’s National Capital Region Operations office as Associate Director for Business Management, where she was responsible for financial management, human resource oversight, and regional diversity and inclusion efforts.
Undergraduate Academic Advisor and Program CoordinatorLeslie Durham is the Undergraduate Academic Advisor and Program Coordinator at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution. Leslie holds a degree in Anthropology from San Diego State University and a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She a military spouse who has been actively involved with military families stateside as well as in Germany and Spain.

She holds degrees from Binghamton University (SUNY) and Teachers College, Columbia University and is passionate about advising students and higher education.
Graduate Admissions CoordinatorMonique C. Norton is the Graduate Admissions Coordinator at the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution. As an avid life-long learner, Monique holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Human Behavior. She is also a doctoral candidate with research interests in Human and Social Services.
