Biography

Jessica Srikantia is a Rhodes Scholar, an accredited coach, and an Associate Professor at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government. She received a joint Ph.D. in Psychology and in The Conceptual and Historical Studies of Science from The University of Chicago, B.A. from Oxford University, and A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard University. She currently engages in action research and practice at the intersections of awareness based systems change, healing collective trauma, transformational learning, decolonization, peace & social justice, and re-alignment with life. She has conducted fieldwork in North, Central and South America and in India and Indonesia, and has published award winning research on the structural violence of globalization, showcasing alternatives from earth honoring cultures.  Prior to joining George Mason University, Dr. Srikantia consulted on science policy to the National Institute of Mental Health, was a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, and consulted to medical specialty boards on the design and evaluation of their physician certification processes.
